Some Other Country

Paul Petro Contemporary Art is pleased to present "Some Other Country", an exhibition of new paintings, and works on wallpaper from the mid-1990s, by Toronto-based artist Sadko Hadzihasanovic. This concise survey contains images of male adolescents growing up in the divergent contexts of war and popular culture.

In our second floor space we are showing works by Donald Baechler, David Hockney, Paul Morrison, Paul P., Robert Rauschenberg, Tony Scherman and Ernesto Tatafiore. These works have been brought together as a set of meditations on time and place and to echo certain themes raised by "Some Other Country".
