Throwing Words Off A Bridge
November 16 - December 1
Veteran Toronto-based artist Ron Giii presents a series of new small-
scale drawings in conjunction with recently discovered works from
The Dictator's Opera (1984) and The Gas Works (1989).

Hegel's Salt Man is a career survey exhibition of Giii's work curated by
Rosemary Heather for the Doris McCarthy Art Gallery, University of Toronto
and exhibited earlier this fall. It will be mounted at the Carleton University
Art Gallery in May 2008. This comprehensive exhibition includes
drawings and ephemera from 1972-2007. A 48-page catalogue with
essays by Rosemary Heather and Eli Langer and an introduction by
Ann MacDonald accompanies the exhibition. The catalogue also
includes excerpts from Giii's original writings and many colour
        reproductions.
