Paul Petro Contemporary Art is pleased to present selected works by Suzy Lake, one of Canada's most important senior artists.

Lake's exhibition consists of specific works from 1972-98 and includes Jean-Guy Box Construction (1972), photo-emulsion with hand-tinting on eighteen adjoining canvasses. This major work was last seen in an exhibition entitled Peripheries at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Montreal in 1974. Other highlights include On Stage, Miss Chatelaine and Co-Ed Magazine (1972-73), Choreographed Puppets (1977) and Re-Reading Recovery (1998). Lake lectures on her thirty years of production at Ryerson University, Toronto on Friday January 28, 2000 as part of the Kodak International Lecture Series.
