Paul Petro Contemporary Art is pleased to present an exhibition of new porcelain sculptures by Hamilton-based artist Amy Bowles.

Eventually We Bend examines bending not as collapse, but as adaptation. Working primarily in porcelain, a material that embodies both fragility and strength, the sculptures employ figurative and vessel forms that distort, stretch, and waver. These gestures become metaphors for vulnerability, resilience, and transformation under pressure and time. The works propose not rigidity, but a capacity for responsiveness, flexibility, and change.
